I believe we have enough examples of force used against black men (and women) where they were not an obvious threat to the life of the officers. And if we back off from someone being killed, the use of excessive force shows further examples of white on black offense.

I'm certainly not anti-police, but then, I'm not black and haven't had the same relationship with police that people I know have who, in several instances, had the police back off when a white relative showed up, and they suddenly realized it was a relative after a few moments.
