I do understand what you are saying in the article, but the answer to the title question is that you will not find the role of Manager in the Scrum Guide and "management" is mentioned 4 times without any hint of an individual in that role. Naturally, there are managers in organizations, but Scrum offers nothing about what role they might/should play not even suggesting any servant-leadership function for them specifically. I believe the original thoughts about managers is that proper conduct according to the Manifesto's ideas and a framework like Scrum would make the management role unnecessary. But the guidance about this (and many other things) has often been offered as "you figure it out."
