People come to work at a company because they are motivated to be there for some reason. We hire people because we are motivated to do so. So why, months or years later, is there talk about how we can motivate people? The problem is how do we stop demotivating them because they, hopefully, didn't start out that way, so we must have done something to them. I think your article suggests ways to do that.
