Sceptical Meerkat: “Well, so you were bad at your job?”
So the fact that a project “went off the rails” means a person must have failed to management properly? How about that traditional project management is not a “do it right and it won’t go wrong” guarantee? Thinking this leads to “if it went wrong it had to be bad job execution.”
Isn’t that what I may have read that you have complained about Agile proponents saying in the past, i.e., if Agile doesn’t work out, the people must have done it wrong?
