Wasn't there a lawsuit again Carlson or Hannity where the Fox lawyers beat it claiming that no reasonable person would believe what the Fox person had said on air? Seems like a fine defense against someone claiming Carlson told them to assault teachers, i.e., surely that father shouldn't have really believed what Carlson said.
